I am a self-made Interior designer and Airbnb guru that started her journey in 2017 with her first investment property located on the Northside of Pittsburgh. 

 

I decided to buy a duplex after graduating college in order to make passive income that was meant to help support the financial burden of my student loans. I renovated and staged my first floor apartment in order to dive into the new realm of Airbnb rentals. Fast forward three years, that little Airbnb rental landed me a job designing for an up and coming developer in Pittsburgh and starting my own Airbnb management company. Things started evolving very fast to say the least! Now I am growing into the development aspect of real estate, while still designing other flips and managing Airbnb rentals.

 

The real estate industry is limitless! I remember when I was in my early twenties, bouncing around from college to college and switching majors when my mother asked me, “What do you want to do, Katie?!” and I responded, “I just wanted to make pretty things!” Years later, I am creating the career and life I have always wanted.
